We are excited to announce our latest feature release which will includes bulk upload of image and fulfillment files, the ability to apply a theme by default to Quick Starts, updates to platform capacity tracking, an update to the accordion component, sortable performance gauges and bug fixes!
Bulk File Uploads
Users can now upload as many images and fulfillment items as they would like to the Image and Fulfillment Libraries! When adding a new file to either the Image or Fulfillment Library, you will be able to select multiple files on your computer and drag them all into your page to upload them all at once.
Default Quick Start Theme
ion console owners can now set a default theme to be applied to anything you download from the Quick Start Cloud by default. So instead of having to remember to change your theme, you’ll be able to get into your ion page and get to work right away!
To set the default theme, simply navigate into your Configure Site page and update the Default Quick Start Cloud theme to the theme you want to use.
The Manage Capacity screen, now called "Capacity & Monthly Traffic," has been upgraded to have your billing cycle in mind! Now when you look at this screen, you’ll see how much traffic you’ve driven to your console in your current billing cycle and clearly see when you are close to or over your capacity.
We have also added a new “Capacity and Monthly Traffic” report that is available at the system level in the Reports tab. This report will help you review your capacity and monthly traffic from either your current or previous billing periods.
The accordion component is getting an update that allows users to close one section when opening another one. This will help visitors focus only on the content they want to look at within your accordion, and keep your content well-organized. This has been a fairly popular feature request and we're excited to bring it to ion users!
To enable this feature on your accordion, simply enable the "Close other sections on expand" within your accordion's settings.
Sortable Performance Gauges
ion users now have the ability to sort the columns within performance gauge tables. When reviewing your performance metrics, simply click the column header that you want to sort by, and the data will sort in either ascending or descending order.
