We created this FAQ to better inform you of what this means for you, your ScribbleLive product, contract, and services. While we may not have all the answers right now, we are committed to providing regular communications and getting your input throughout the process. Q: Who is Rock Content?
A: Rock Content is the largest content marketing solution provider in Latin America. Please visit the English 'About Rock Content' page learn more or RockContent.com
Q: What does Rock Content offer (services, products)?
A: Rock's software and services include an on-demand talent network, a content marketing platform that supports ideation, editorial planning, content creation, production, publishing, and hosting. Rock also provides content marketing training and certifications through its Rock University online programs. Currently, Rock products are offered in Portuguese and Spanish.
Q: Will new services, offerings or benefits will be available to me as a ScribbleLive customer, now under Rock?
A: YES! We are working together (Scribble and Rock counterparts) to identify how Rock products can add greater value to our Scribble customers and how Scribble products can benefit our new LATAM audience.
Q: What does this mean for ScribbleLive?
A: As the two organizations come together, we are uncovering a lot of new and exciting opportunities for ScribbleLive. For example, we will have superior language (Portuguese/Spanish) capabilities for customers who want content localized in Latin America. Rock is the largest and most successful content marketing organization in Latin America - there are many best practices and processes that we are looking to adopt in order to provide better customer service and accelerate innovation across our products.
Q: Am I getting a new Customer Success Manager?
A: Not as a result of the acquisition, no. Periodically, customer accounts are transitioned to a different Customer Success team member for various reasons, however, there are no plans at this time to change Customer Success Managers for the ion or Engage software products, as a result of the acquisition.
Q: What's happening with my product and roadmap
A: We will continue to innovate and deliver on our product roadmaps, now leveraging additional resources from Rock.
Q: Does this change Customer Support?
A: There will be no immediate changes to your support or service delivery. You can expect the same quality of service and support you've always experienced from your ScribbleLive team.
Q: Will existing ScribbleLive contracts be honored?
Q: Rock Content is based in Latam, will there be any changes to the regions and countries you support?
A: There are no expected changes to the regions, countries, and languages that ScribbleLive currently supports.
Q: What are Rock's plans to integrate its products and services with ScribbleLive's?
A: There are no immediate changes as we are in the early stages of our "100-day plan." That said, we are taking a pragmatic approach to evaluate our combined product portfolio, get customer input, do our research, and assess what would offer our customers the greatest value. We are thrilled about the opportunities ahead of us and we will always optimize for customer happiness!
Q: Will you continue to sell ScribbleLive products and services?
A: Absolutely! In fact, having a greater global presence means expanding the scope and reach of Scribble products - with the added support, resources, and expertise that Rock provides.
