Some Quick Starts use advanced logic and add up scores that are displayed on a Results page. In addition to the how-to post with publishing instructions, we’ve created logic templates to make the process of organizing and defining that logic a bit easier. Below you’ll find a guide to the logic template as well as a link to download the logic template itself.
Each question has four possible answers which are saved to unique answer fields (i.e. Answer01, Answer02, Answer03, etc.). The inputs in this logic template are the fields into which the response for each question is saved. The answers provided are saved as “Your first answer, Your second answer, Your third answer,” or “Your fourth answer,” respectively.
In the logic template, you will find an example of a respondent and his/her corresponding answers.
Each correct answer to the quiz is worth 1 point. The Result page includes rules to add a point to a Score field for each correct answer. A ScorePercent value is calculated by dividing the score by 5 and then multiplying by 100. Our example respondent got 4 correct answers and therefore received a ScorePercent value of 80%.
