Some Quick Starts use advanced logic and add up scores that are displayed on a Results page. In addition to the how-to post with publishing instructions, we’ve created logic templates to make the process of organizing and defining that logic a bit easier. Below you’ll find a guide to the logic template as well as a link to download the logic template itself.

Inputs
Respondents are given eight questions within this quiz which each have two choices - one correct and one incorrect choice. Each correct choice is worth one point.
Outputs
After completing the quiz, all of the correct answers are added up and saved to a Score field. In the logic template, we show an example of a respondent that gave four correct answers.
A score percentage is then found by dividing the score by 8 (the highest possible score). The resulting value would then be multiple by 100 to put it in a percentage format. Because our example respondent got four out of eight answers right, the score percentage was 50%.
