Thanks Faith!  I went through the process. A few questions.

    1.  Is there a way to run it immediately instead of having it scheduled?

    2.  Do I need to "schedule" it for every campaign I have (meaning go into each campaign and check it off to export)?

    3.  I went through and added various fields to the export and had no idea what they were.  Is there a way to 'select all' fields that are being tracked so I don't have to go through and pick each one?

    thanks!!!

    Hi Peggy,

You can absolutely trigger the export to deliver immediately via advanced rules. You would click into the form template, click over the form then add an advanced rule structured like so:

    • No conditions required
    • Export Immediately - "select export"

Typically, delimited file exports are scheduled so leads can be aggregated, but it sounds like you may be interested in this for testing purposes.

Yes, scheduled exports need to be associated at the campaign, so you would want to navigate into each campaign that should be included in the export and check it off under Campaign Resources > Scheduled Exports.

There isn't a way to select all fields that are being tracked. Likely you'll want to add the fields being used on the form. If you have any questions about which fields to include or any core fields, feel free to email them to me.

Please email me which campaign you associated the new export with and we'll look into why you did not receive it.

    Thanks!
