Some Quick Starts use advanced logic and add up scores that are displayed on a Results page. In addition to the how-to post with publishing instructions, we’ve created logic templates to make the process of organizing and defining that logic a bit easier. Below you’ll find a guide to the logic template as well as a link to download the logic template itself.
Each question has four possible answers which are saved to unique answer fields (i.e. Answer01, Answer02, Answer03, etc.). The inputs in this logic template are the fields into which the response for each question is saved. The answers provided are saved as either Correct or Incorrect.
This experience also has rules on the landing page used to save questions into Question01, Question02, Question03, etc. fields providing users with a central location to update the questions asked in the quiz.
The correct answers are also saved into data fields in the rules on the landing page. The correct answers are saved into CorrectAnswer01, CorrectAnswer02, CorrectAnswer03, etc. fields.
In the logic template, you will find an example of a respondent and corresponding answers.
Each correct answer to the quiz is worth 1 point. The Result page includes rules to add up the points and save them to the Score data field. A ScoreRecommendation value is saved based on the number of questions the respondent answered correctly.
