Some Quick Starts use advanced logic and add up scores that are displayed on a Results page. In addition to the how-to post with publishing instructions, we’ve created logic templates to make the process of organizing and defining that logic a bit easier. Below you’ll find a guide to the logic template as well as a link to download the logic template itself.
Each question has four possible answers which are saved to unique answer fields (i.e. Answer01, Answer02, Answer03, etc.). The inputs in this logic template are the fields into which the response for each question is saved. The answers provided are saved as “Incorrect1, Incorrect2, Incorrect3” or “Correct,” respectively.
In the logic template, you will find an example of a respondent and corresponding answers.
Each correct answer to the quiz is worth 1 point. The Result page includes rules to add a point to Score1, Score2 and Score3 fields for each correct answer given to each quiz. A "pass" message is saved to ScoreRecommendation1, ScoreRecommendation2 and ScoreRecommendation3 fields if the respondent got 4 or more correct answers in a given quiz and a "fail" message for any quiz where they got 3 or less answers correct.
